We are looking for a Support worker to join our Service in Bradford.

What you’ll be doing:
- The people we support have various disabilities such as Learning Disability, Autism and/or complex needs.
- You’ll support on a 1-1, 2-1 or shared basis, promoting independence and to gain confidence within the community and in their own home.
- Working to maintain a high level of support that’s required for the service needs.
- Participate and be as enthusiastic about their likes and wants as they are.

- This is within a supported living service based within the home and community across the Bradford and Keighley areas.
