Years Experience

Supported Lives Services Ltd is a trusted and experienced provider of supported living services for adults (18+) with Learning Disabilities, Autism, physical disabilities and mental health needs across the Bradford District.

We are proud to be on the framework for working age adults learning disability covering outreach and domiciliary care support in the home and community and an approved provider for Supported Living provider list and are fully CQC registered for the delivery of Personal Care.

Our Story

We have over 20 years of experience and pride ourselves in supporting individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and physical health needs, in addition to mental health challenges. Our commitment is to deliver high-quality, personalised care and support that empowers individuals, enhances independence, and promotes dignity and respect.

Using a strengths-based approach, we place people and communities at the heart of everything we do.
