Allia Nashad has over 12 years of experience working within the care sector. She holds a Foundation Degree of Arts in Public Services Management and a Level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care Management.
Alongside her role as Executive Director, Allia continues to serve as Registered Manager, where she leads on quality assurance, governance, and regulatory compliance.
She is committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred support and ensuring services consistently meet Care Quality Commission (CQC) standards.
James has over 10 years of experience within the organisation, bringing a strong background in financial leadership, operational management, and public sector compliance. Alongside his role within the company, James serves as a Civil Servant at HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC) within the Tax Department, providing extensive knowledge of taxation frameworks, regulatory processes, and government standards.
In his role as Finance Director, James leads on financial strategy, budgeting, financial reporting, and fiscal governance, ensuring the organisation operates with transparency, integrity, and full regulatory compliance. His dual experience in both the private and public sectors strengthens the organisation’s approach to financial risk management, accountability, and long-term sustainability.
