Our staffing standards
All our staff undergo a rigorous recruitment and selection process. Everyone has to have a satisfactory enhanced Criminal Records Bureau check (police records check). Everyone has to pass interviews and provide references. After being taken on staff need to complete a probationary period before becoming a permanent member of our support team.
We aim to maintain high standards for all our staff. We will provide good terms and conditions of employment, regular training opportunities and close supervision, to ensure that our services remain of the highest quality.
There will be a senior member of staff on call at all times.
